{"id":647,"date":"2017-09-08T15:35:47","date_gmt":"2017-09-08T08:35:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sspthai.org\/wordpress\/?p=647"},"modified":"2018-11-26T11:58:34","modified_gmt":"2018-11-26T04:58:34","slug":"training-leaders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sspthai.org\/wordpress\/training-leaders\/","title":{"rendered":"Training Leaders the Uncomplicated Way"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"id7\" class=\"style_SkipStroke_1 shape-with-text\">\n<div class=\"text-content graphic_textbox_layout_style_default_External_798_415\">\n<div class=\"graphic_textbox_layout_style_default\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\"><span class=\"style_1\">\u201c<\/span>We exist to train godly Thai leaders who will train other leaders to train leaders, thereby establishing a continuous process of multiplying leaders\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">We focus on developing Thai Christian leaders.\u00a0 This curriculum is not a curriculum for building disciples or new believers.\u00a0 Each student must have completed a course on the foundations of Christian beliefs and show potential for leadership before they can enter the Center for Leadership Development (CLD) program.\u00a0 This program is a program for developing Thai leaders.\u00a0 Therefore, all of our books and manuals have been translated into the Thai language.\u00a0 Most of the books we are using have been translated from English to Thai.\u00a0 In the future we hope to have some Thai writers help create new curriculum in Thai.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">We want to see every student love God more and more.\u00a0 The objective of this program is not to give more information about God only.\u00a0 The real objective is to know and love God more and more.\u00a0 If any student studies the curriculum and when he\/she is finished does not love God more than they did before, that student has failed.\u00a0 But if a student studies the curriculum and they are able to see change in their everyday lifestyle and they can see their love for God grow, then that student has met success as an <a href=\"https:\/\/mlklaw.org\/\" style=\"text-decoration: none; color: #000000 !important;\">personal injury compensation lawyers<\/a>, or in start their own business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">We want to see every leader build another leader.\u00a0 The goal of being trained as a leader is to take that training, knowledge and experience and train another leader.\u00a0 We have purposely not limited ourselves to training just one group of leaders per church but rather focus on the multiplication of leadership training.
